2. Check their qualifications as to where they trained and how long they have been applying hair extensions
3. Make sure they are a qualified hairdresser VERY IMPORTANT. Hair extensions have to be cut and blended in a certain way. They are many people who do a 3 day course and then practice BEWARE
4. If the price is cheap and sounds too good to be true then it is too good to be true. Top quality hair is not cheap
5. 100% hair has a natural wave. Anything else has silicone added to make the hair feel soft or is processed
6. Never have Chinese hair it is course and lacks movement and body
7. There are certain companies that only let you train with them if you are a qualified hairdresser (Great Lengths is one)
8. Ask for some references

Different Methods

1. Pre bonded - if the applications is preformed correctly lasts for approx 4 months and needs no maintenance.
2. Weave - I believe is only for afro hair. White Caucasian hair is far too week
3. Micro rings – Not long lasting and the plastic on the rings wears off and you end up having lots of metal rings that show
4. Shrinkies – Don’t last and it is very cheap and easy to do a 3 day training
5. Glue gun method – too much heat on them and they fall out. Glue on the hair will cause weakness to the your own hair
