There are a few simple guidelines to help you.
1. Tie your hair up in a scrunchy or in a plait before going to sleep.

2. Brush your hair with a Paddle brush before washing your hair. This will stop your hair getting tangled when washing your hair.

3. Use products that your stylist has advised you to use.

4. Please do not put conditioner on the roots of your hair. Apply the conditioner from mid lengths to ends. Putting conditioner regularly on the bonds can potentially weaken them., which may cause you to lose a few extensions

5. Separating the bonds is very important especially if your hair is curly. Failure to do this will cause unnecessary matting. Doing this from the beginning will help keep your extensions in for the maximum time. This is very important and your stylist should explain and go through this with you.

6. If you are using Hair Straighteners or tongs, do not put them on the bond. This will cause the bonds to weaken and slide and eventually fall out.

7. When blow drying, try to not use the maximum heat from your hair dryer.

8. Have a tiny haircut halfway through. This will keep your hair extensions looking healthy right till the end.

6. Never have Chinese hair it is course and lacks movement and body

5. Clip In Hair Extensions - These are tempory and need to be taken outeach day before going to sleep. They can be useful if you have a party or an important function to go to. However these do not compare to having permenant hair extensions. Good quality clip in hair extensions can be quite costly.
